用故事支持观点

选择合适的特质，在直接回答问题后，通过讲一个故事来强化自己的答案。

比起干巴巴的“我有很好的团队合作能力”，明显“不得不说，我最大的一个优点就是我的合作能力。事实上，有机会在这样一个团队中工作是该职位对我最大的吸引力之一。我发现在团队中工作能激发出我最好的一面。例如……”更合适。

不清楚自己的优势？

一时想不起来自己有什么优势的话，不妨看看下面的方法。

询问周围的人。一个崭新的视角可以帮助你了解自己的长处，试着问问朋友或同事。
回顾过往经历。试着回忆自己在学生时代或实习期间收到的表扬或积极反馈，也可以回顾自己简历上的所有成就，找出其中较突出的部分。
旁征博引。浏览一下LinkedIn或其他招聘网站，看看那些与你职位相似的其他人的个人资料，他们有哪些关键技能？哪些方面较为突出？
